The Augusta Age-Friendly Committee recently published an Augusta Age-Friendly Resource Guide available for any resident. Included in the booklet is information about support and health services; transportation; housing; education; outdoor spaces; employment; social and civic participation; and other community resources.
As you may know, this committee has been working diligently with AARP in its task of making our community more age-friendly for its residents and visitors. They have been doing a fantastic job and this guide is just another great result of their dedication and hard work. Please check out the guide here.
