The MarketPlace at Augusta. A 1,300,000 foot shopping center located on Civic Center Drive. It is the largest open-air center in Maine. The Marketplace at Augusta offers an ideal blend of the nation’s top retailers, entertainment, and restaurants. Opened in 1995, the center is home to an extraordinary tenant mix of 41 shops and restaurants anchored by Home Depot, Wal-Mart Supercenter, Sam’s Club, Barnes & Noble, Kohl’s and more.
